Procedure of Usability-Testing

Step 1: Meeting with the client

Before testing, the targets, wishes and ideas of the customer will be checked. Thereby we certainly allow
for individual arrangements. If wanted, we can do the usability-testing with our mobile laboratory outside
our office.

Step 2: Execution

The test person will be introduced to the process of
the testing, but in no case we influence the behavior and attitudes of the subjects concerning the product. The subject now should execute the tasks guided by
a test manual and reflect their thoughts and emotions. At each test the client has the possibility to watch the procedure through an one-way-mirror or by video transmission to observe the experienced testing-team.

Step 3: Data analysis

Via efficient tracking-software we can hold statements and actions of the subjects to the second. After the
test experienced experts evaluate these data.

Step 4: Detailed response to the client

The customer gets an informative feedback and also recommendations to the result in form of a discussion and
an extensive report.
