Laboratory with office atmosphere
Like in a real office the test subjects can use all common office equipment, like a high quality PC. If demanded, also a phone call can be done while the testing. Software, which should appeal to professions with customer contact and using the PC at the same time, can be tested objective and realistic.Laboratory with "Living room-atmosphere"
If it is preferable for the test, that the subject will feel relaxed and balanced in a nearly private environment, we have a special laboratory for that case. Sofas, plants, coffee tables and curtains spread a relaxed atmosphere. This living room atmosphere is mainly for products which are mostly used at home, very useful. But also there we have high technical equipment that allows an efficient usability-testing. Next to the laboratories are our observing rooms, where our clients can observe the procedure inconspicuously with one-way-mirror or video transmission.Notice: all our rooms as well as the mobile laboratory can be leased by the day, for a weekend or for several weeks.
